Making A Purchase
The Guildford Schools and Sport online shop is very simple to use. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. Press 'Continue Shopping' to return to the store and add more products to the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on 'Proceed to Checkout'. You can view your shopping cart at anytime by clicking on the "View Cart" link at the top of the page.
If you are unsure of sizes, we recommend that you visit the Guildford shop for a correct fitting. The charts supplied in the Sizing Guide are solely to be used as a rough guide and ordering of incorrect sizes will be your responsibility.
We accept credit and debit card payment through our secure payment gateway Worldpay. For more information on credit card security please see below.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of an increase in price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We will email you when we receive your order and when your goods are dispatched. We will also inform you of any back orders that are placed. If you wish to cancel the back ordered item we will happily refund the money back into your account. Should you wish to try an alternative size, please contact the shop using the contact details shown above, or the "Contact Us" link in the online shop.
